Instant Support

We are ready to help you. We have several ways to provide support instantly. Remote support reduces downtime and saves money on travel costs as we can typically fix your computer problems by connecting to your computer through the internet. Remote support – $25 per half hour

In-Store Support

We are open Monday through Saturday to provide fast turnarounds on in-store computer repairs. Typically in-store repairs are completed within 2 business days. When bringing your computer to our store, no appointment is necessary. We are open Monday through Friday 8:00 am – 6:00 pm, and Saturday from 10:00 am – 4:00 pm. When bringing a laptop to our store for repair, we ask that you bring the power cord with you. For those people who don’t like waiting in line, rush service is available. In-store support — $50 per hour. In-store rush support — $70 per hour.

On-Site Support

We are available Monday through Friday to travel to your home or business to service your computer systems. Typically on-site repairs are serviced within 2 business days. There may be several reasons why this may be your preferred method of service. For example, you won’t need to disconnect or move your computer anywhere. For businesses, we will often work on multiple computers once we arrive on-site. This service method, if your computer is usable, allows you to continue to use your computer until we arrive. Rush service is available. Travel Fees will apply. On-site support – $60 per hour. On-site rush support – $80 per hour.

Regular Maintenance Support

It has been said that an ounce of prevention is worth a pound of cure. This saying is true for your computer systems as well. Whether at home or business, applying regular computer maintenance, will increase your productivity, and reduce your downtime. At The Computer Connection we call this “Managed Services”.
